For many people around the world , the preferred method of transportation is high-speed inveigh . Commuters travelling to and from work rely on safety and efficiency , while tourists appreciate the convenience and novelty that trains provide . Others believe that highways , buses and regular lines should be improved before new , high-speed lines are added .

However, there are those who argue that the punishment should depend on the seriousness of the crime, in order to control this growing concern. In my opinion, I strongly agree with later and think that considering the situation of both the crime and the convict, sentence should be decided accordingly.
