In some countries the average weight of people is increasing and their level of health and fitness are decreasing. What do you think are the causes of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them ?

In this contemporary era, public are getting obese at an alarming rate as well as their degree of health and fitness are diminishing. the chief objective of this composition is to shed light on some of the issues involved with increasing obesity and lower level of fitness along with a few solutions to alleviate these potential labyrinths.

A balanced diet, or eating balanced meals, is the key to a healthy life. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

In today's busy world there is a lot of stress and to combat that we need a balanced diet which consists of more proteins, vitamins and minerals. I totally agree with the said statement that a balanced meal is a way to lead a prosperous life. The reason for the same is that taking multiple vitamins and minerals in a diet helps in controlling many diseases. In addition, it also reduces the chances of taking medicines in the later stages of life.

Controversies surrounding whether spoken words are more influent than written words never seem to cease. Many individuals opine that it I truely more powerful to speak than to write. In contrast, others assert that they are equally significant to humans being. I fundamentally concur that both of them are important and powerful to be use in a conversation.

In today’s society, it is apparent that celebrities and sports personalities, and others who belong in the entertainment industry are highly paid, while people who work for the greater good like doctors, nurses, teachers etc. are not highly appreciated financially, but people have distinctive views about whether to increase salary for these individuals.

I am convinced that the money people earn should be based on the value of services they provide.

Several solutions are being offered by experts to address the problem of pollution and traffic jams, and among them, it is said that increasing the price of oil could be the best one. However, I believe this solution is not practical and there are other methods that can combat this matter in better ways.

In the current world, with global health crises like COVID-19 people have a proclivity for working from home as compared to the office. Considering this opinion, few people believe that the decision has a meritorious impact on the employees and their families. However, opponents suggest that it causes an increase in stress in the home. In my opinion, working from home is the main reason for the increase in stress.
