Wiping out the distance between people around the world and providing an embed for everyone to have their own jobs are the most important reasons.

In the age of industrialization and modernization, picking a job is now becoming a more and more serious problem that everyone is facing up with. Many people recommend that the youngsters should be allowed to choose their job freely, when others come up with the idea that their decisions should be appropriate with the society. This essay is aimed at discussing both opinions before giving my own viewpoint about this problem.

Despite the fact that young people make mistakes, I believe that the punishments they receive should be less severe than those meted out to more mature individuals.

However, with this trend now becoming a permanent part of each school and university, I strongly believe that offline classes with peers have more benefits than its counterpart.
