Some people feel that the design of newly constructed buildings in big cities should be controlled by governments. Others believe those who finance the construction of a building should be free to design it as they see fit.Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

A highly controversial issue today relates to whether to have regulation in the design of new buildings or to allow the funds who support the construction to autonomously choose the design. In this essay, I am going to examine this question from both points of view and then explain why I believe the controlled design by the government has stronger arguments.

A 4 weeks' holidays can make employees do better at job. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is sometimes argued that employees could do a better job when they have 4 weeks’ holidays. From my point of view, although a long-term holiday could lead to some positive impacts, some disadvantages may come with these benefits.

In today's technological environment, few people think that organizing an international sports event is programmatically not a valuable idea for the country, however, others think, it would be a great initiative to host an international event in the country. Here, I will be discussing both views and share my opinion for the same.

In order to escape from our routine lives and get a breath of fresh air, we all tend to travel, either back home or to a different country. It is being said that the trend of visiting other countries might soon change and majority will decide to go to their homeland. However, I believe this is far from the truth.

It's generally believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for music and sport, and others are not. However, it's sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician. Discuss both ideas by giving your opinion.

It is said that some individuals are born with talents in sports and music. Whilst, other say that such abilities can be obtained if people are taught incorrect direction. I believe that taking coaching and trying personally can help to learn new talents.

Throughout history, there have been numerous socialists putting their efforts into idealizing our society; however, it is the long-term for people to reach the target. From my point of view, all of my ideas about a living worthy community as well as providing some solutions to achieve will be mentioned and explained.

In today's world, it is believed by some part of a population that it is crucial for a successful career to finish university or college while others claim that it is more beneficial to get a job straight after school.

A piece of important information has always helped people to achieve their specific goals regarding their projects. Some people think that sharing all crucial information would be a great deal to get success; however, other things that not every information should be disclosed but should be under the box. After discussing both views, I will give my opinion on one of them.

In recent ,years the way that people take care of their health has changed drastically. In many foreign ,countries the normal weight of individuals gradually increasing, while neglecting their diet and physique. This essay will discuss the reason why fitness is being avoided, and what could be done to resolve these issues.

These days medical bills are increasing day by day that why numerous of families struggle with their payments. A number of people opine that the Government shall give free medical treatment while others think that the government can't provide us high technology treatment so they should use those assets in education or culture. Perhaps this is true on the contrary it cannot be denied that health care is essential for society.

These days, Youngsters are no longer interested in reading newspapers or watching news programs on television. Two major causes can be attributed to the current situation. Technology evolution and currently excessive life patten. This essay will address solutions before reaching a reasonable conclusion.

Climate change has become an urgent issue for modern societies as its impacts have materialized in many different ways around the world. While some individuals and organizations spend countless resources in hope of reversing its damages, others retire to learning to live with the Earth as it is. Although both sides have their reasons, I think we should try our best to undo the assaults we have done against our planet, for ourselves and the future generations.

The lifestyle of human beings has changed drastically over the years. Technological progress, advancement in science and, innovation happening in various sectors has affected our lives dynamically. However, the environment has become noxious over the past decade but, there are changes that can be done to prevent its deterioration. This essay will discuss why life right now is better than the way it was before 100 years.

Children bring joy and happiness in our life. Having them around creates a positive atmosphere. Some people are of the opinion that it is better to not have their own children. However, others believe that having them has several advantages. The following paragraphs will discuss both viewpoints and justify my opinion.

In today's world, human behaviour and characters are no longer associated with any specific gender. Calmness is one of such qualities which is typically possessed by individuals who have stronger emotional strength. Though it is believed by some that women are more composed relative to their counterparts due to their inherent abilities, yet I am of the opinion that as our society is evolving, they tend to be aggressive at times.

Social media has a great influence over the current generation and often adversely affects the relationship. I agree with the bad influence of social media and online platforms as there is a rapid increase in the number of divorce and suicide cases due to the reason of illicit relationships through social media.

Nowadays, the youth generation is demonstrating a tendency to stay with parents for a longer period, rather than striving to start a faster an independent life. In my opinion, the drawbacks of this approach outweigh all benefits since the experience of living alone offer indisputable opportunities for a person’s growth and development of a stable psychological stability

Once children start school, teachers have more influence than parents on their intellectual and social development. Do you agree or disagree?

Do school teachers impact a child more than their parents? This is the most debatable issue as some folks are of opinion that primary school educationists influence children to a greater extent than their progenitor.I completely agree with this notion and the same shall be discussed further in this essay.
