Environmental problems either at the local level or at the global scale require massive support from the governments over the world. It is argued that the government should lessen its spending in local environmental issues and allot more funding towards more urgent and threatening issues such as global warming. Personally, I disagree with this argument.

Capital punishment is a matter of active controversy in several countries. Some people claim that this is the most effective way in which the major crimes would be prevented. While I accept this idea to some extent, I also believe that carrying out such a sentence has irreversible effects.

Some people argue that, the elderly people are more useful to a company while in contrast, some people people argue that, the younger people are better for growth of the company. In some countries working long hours is regarded the norm. Economic success resulting from long task hours comes at a price for families, people’s health and may contribute to higher unemployment. In my opinion the long term consequences are too grave to ignore and an effort must be made to reduce long working hours.

As far as I concerned, my view is contrary to the second concept, however, I however, I strongly agree with the first idea.

In my point of view, it is not a good decision to accept such setup, and I support the second though. In this statement I will discuss the both views.

It is undeniable that bookstores or newspaper stands are not as exciting as they used to be. Many proponents opine that free online news are being captured by myriad individuals and as a result, traditional newspapers or book publishing firms will go extinct. I tend to agree with the statement and will discuss my opinions with pertinent examples.

Nowadays, people are becoming more dependent on cars for transport. By 2000, there were approximately 29 million vehicles on UK roads. I strongly agree with the step taken by the international legislations to limit car ownership and use , and that other forms of transport should be implemented. This is because roads will be less crowded , and the environment will suffer less from air pollution.

Some trust that home schooling is the key, while others think sending them to institute is very important. In this essay I will discuss both the views and present my own opinion.

Nowadays, the quantity of rubbish produced worldwide is a commonly discussed topic. Some people assert that the enemy of the environment is the plastic products. In the past people used to reuse the glass bottles, today's day everything comes in plastics. In my opinion, the worst problem of rubbish is the recyclable process and population's consciousness about this kind of product.
