Nowadays businesses face problems with new employees who just finished their education and lack some interpersonal skills such as the ability to work in a team. What do you think is the main cause of the problem? How can it be resolved?

The modern personnel face a serious problem — many of today’s graduates don’t have the basic skills they need to succeed in entry-level positions in the workforce. The main reason can be pinpointed towards universities that fail to train their students adequately. This reason shall be discussed further, following some potential solutions.

Some people believe that women should play an equal role as men in a country’s police force or military force, while others think women are not suitable for these jobs. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

As the women’s status in society has been improved a lot, it is accepted that women should receive equal treatment as men in police force or military force. However, there are still some opponents who believe that it is unsuitable for women to engage in such jobs. In my opinion, it is reasonable to view women as an equal role as men.

Many people claim that governments should only support their local citizens instead of helping residents in their own countries. While it is true that the government need to focus on their own people, I believe it is also possible to provide support for others around the world.

In contrast to this, others claim that learners should have the freedom to choose subjects on the bases of their interest. Different people have their distinct mindset. These days, there are countless people highly think that the extinction of animal species is an obvious phenomenon and it is not necessary for humans to have attempts to protect animals from dangers. From my point of view, I completely disagree with the view above.

Some people believe that they make them buy the products that they really don't need. The following essay will discuss my viewpoint about the commercials that I agree with.

This essay will discuss that why children need to be kept in a separate jail.

For some time now, it has become a topic of debate that lately the hard cover magazines and newsletter will no longer in demand due to automation in technology they can read the content through internet without the subscription charges. Everything has two sides and reading news and books online is not an exception, however, I disagree, in my opinion.

Food is generally known to be an important part of our day to day lives. Some countries may choose to plants their crops themselves and others might opt for the importation of food items. Although some individuals agree that eating home grown foodstuffs are beneficial, others disagree. In my opinion, I agree that the drawbacks of bringing in food from other places supersedes the benefits.
