I firmly assert that those programs should be reduced since it can be affected to social walfare. Some people believe that the actual function of a university is to provide access to knowledge to students for its own sake. They alos believe that it should not be considered whether the knowledge is beneficial to the employers or not. I completely disagree with this statement because the principal purpose of education is getting jobs for majority students, and universities have the primary responsibility for guiding students to secure jobs in the future.
