In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise that their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

Nowadays, adverts become very popular in order to attract many customers. Most companies point out in adverts that their products are brand new to persuade people to buy their goods. In this essay I will provide my opinion why companies do in this way as well as advantages and disadvantages . Also, I think that it is a negative development to our society.

Some people say that the only reason for learning a foreign language is in order to travel to or work in foreign coutry. Others say that this is not the only reasons why someone should learn a foreign language. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

While it is believed that learning a foreign language is only and only to travel or work abroad, other people hold that there are many good reasons to learn other tongue. In my point of view, it's indeed true that most people tend to be multilinguistic in order to travel or higher their chances to get a job, however, the linguistic variaty can be more benefitial and help unify people worldwide.

In recent days, there is a war of words regarding the issue that whether people should retire at a certain age or they ought to work until they want. In my opinion, although it might have some negative Consequences, I strongly believe that the advantages can outweigh the disadvantages.
