It is believed by some people that music is an alternative to shorten distance between people in terms of age and culture. I strongly agree with this statement and this essay will present my opinion on that.

In this present world, motivating employees is a key attribute to the success of any organization. Employers often opt for performance based pay to achieve this. I agree that salary should be based on the revenue employees generate for a company to motivate them to work hard. Analyzing the advantages of pay based on the output , as well as the limitations of a fixed salary will prove this.

Nowadays, littering continues to be an escalating issue which requires urgent intervention. Otherwise, unless properly dealt with, the consequences will be detrimental on many levels. In my opinion, while steeper fines is an effective method to approach this problem, it is not the only available option.

In the recent times, there has been a rise in the trend of working out and keeping in shape. Several individuals choose to go fitness centres while others prefer working out in the outdoors. Both are great ways to ensure a healthy regime where I feel that both are equally beneficial.

Few of schools feel that making schools uniforms mandatory decreases the display of social status competitions among students and due to reduction of such physical appearance observation, focus towards main goal i.e. study is increased. However, the rest of schools have a different view, rather they want to refrain students from wearing the common dress and convey that uniform doesn’t change student attributes towards their goals i.e. education.

Some believe that smartphones are erasing social interaction while others believe that it actually bring friends and family together through different ways of communication. In my point of view, I disagree to the statement to a higher extent as smartphones have made interaction easier by different mechanisms to interact with others but the quality of interactivity within close groups is weakening in comparison to older times. So, the statement has dual aspects which will be described in the below paragraphs.

Nowadays, several nations believe that the improvement in standards of living is through economic growth, even though, certain social aspects are foregone, therefore. Although economic advancements have several benefits such as improved health care and increased investments, it has some drawbacks as well, like increased pollution and inequality. In my view, the norm is unavoidable as it has more advantages than disadvantages.

This trend has only beneficial impacts such as more hours for self-development, family and increasing of the quality of completing tasks.

The pace of change in technological advancements have rebuild our way of shopping. While some people believe that online shopping is in constant growth, in which at some point it will result in the closing of all shops in towns, I extremely believe that stores will still exist, due to the fact that people find pleasure when going to stores, as well as, they attracts tourists.

Nowadays, the percentage of children under 18 involved in crimes has bee increasing. The thesis of parents and teachers are not encouraging these kids to get more social and emotional involvement is defended by psychologists as the main reason of the boost of youngsters. In this essay, I will give some reasons why I strongly agree with it.

The idea of having a single career is becoming an old fashioned one. The new fashion will be to have several careers or ways of earning money and further education will be something that continues throughout life. To what extent do you agree?

The thought of one career is getting archived into people’s mind, whilst new trending option is having multiple jobs for earning money as well as learning while working will help people throughout life. I completely agree with this statement, as human are evolving day by day competitiveness is getting increased and to survive in this environment , continuous learning and diversified careers are necessary. First paragraph I will give some explanations and examples about how people have failed if they are putting all eggs in one basket while second paragraph will talk about getting your hands dirty with multiple job options and daily learning to improve logical and analytical ability.

Social networking sites are believed to had a big negative impact on people and society by many people. few people believe that the difference between the lowest and highest wage should be reduced. I completely disagree with this affirmation, as the professional who is being paid high salary acquired a special type of skill and ability in comparison to the other.
