Some people think that we can learn other countries' culture from books, films and the internet, so that we do not need to really visit those places. I do not agree with this notion. In this essay, I will discuss both sides of view and give my own point of view.

However, it is often believed that these studies or trials should be done by the Government only. I staunchly disagree with this view. However, there are predomintally two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that each individual have their own birth right on water usage, regargless of iys quantity; other emphasizes that authorities ought ot manage the use of drinkable water as its quantity is limited. In my view, under the natural cycle of freshwater, the consumption always lag behind the quantity.
