Education is not the only criterion for getting a job now as we find in many countries people remain jobless even after completing their studies. What are the reasons behind youth unemployment and what problems arise due to it? What solutions do you think this can have?

The youth unemployment rate is quite high in many countries even though there are enough qualified graduates. Various attributes are owing to the lack of enough jobs. The drawbacks that arise as a result of joblessness and the multiple ways to tackle this problem will be discussed below.

It is more important for a building to serve a purpose than to look beautiful. Architects should not worry about producing building as a work of art. Do you agree or disagree ?

It is commonly believed that buildings should be of utilitarian nature rather than just look appealing to the eyes. However, I believe that in addition, to meeting the prime purpose which is its functionality, high rises ought to be attractive as well. If both approaches go hand with hand, we can reap the benefits of both.

Education plays an important role in a child's mental growth. It is a highly debatable issue that, based on the individual point of views, some people think home teaching is best for child whereas others think they should attend school for their better development. Before making my opinion , I would unfold both sides of the argument and then I will make my opinion.

I know that a lot of people think that the price is one of the key characteristic when choosing some product or service among the others. But, in my opinion there are also other important attributes which need to be considered before making final decision.

When fossil fuels were discovered it was a big help in many nations and benefited from using it. Though some countries promote natural resources as it has a positive outcome. I think this will give a good impact, not just for our environment but also in humanity.

It is often argued nowadays that public from sports and other entertainment-related industries are paid high remunerations when compared to the crowd from different occupations who comparatively earn much lesser. I strongly agree with the above notion and would like to share my opinion regarding this issue.

in some countries many more people are choosing to live alone nowadays than in the past . do you think this is a positive or negative development?

In some part of the world a vast majority of the population is choosing to live alone . In this modern and digital era , everybody wants to have privacy and can't support the burden of joint family expenses hence a large no . of people prefer to live indivualy now .This is a negative impact on the society as we became too much independant living in own fantacies.

Governments and big companies should work together to reverse environmental damage, rather than making individuals responsible for that. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement ?

In the last decade,the environmental problems like, global warming and climate change has become the serious issue in all around the world. Nowadays, it is believed that it should be minimized both by government and the popular commercial companies by making a same motto. Similarly, I also concur that it is the best idea to mitigate this worldwide problem instead of the individual ,because, bureaucrat has a right to formulate laws and companies are those who play a major role in polluting our environment.

The problem of obesity in younger generations is growing day by day in many countries, especially in Australia where almost 33% of juveniles are facing this obstacle. Thus some people opine that schools should be responsible for the prevention and treatment of this issue with the supervision of their pupils' diet and exercise routines. I partially agree with this statement and the following essay is going to discuss the reasons behind it.

It has long been a subject of discussion whether buying imported products is good or purchasing local products is better. Some people believe buying local products is good for the county, while others think imported products will be beneficial. In order to see whether the former outdo the latter, we need to look at both sides of the debate.

It is common for people to travel long distances for work and study. Some argue that longer commute times negatively affect people while others disagree. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In this present world, working and studying on distant places has become so normal due to which most of the people are compelled to spend huge amount of their time on commuting. The arguement that more the time consumption on commuting, more will be the adverse effect of it is a debetable issue which is both agreed and disagreed with by many. In this essay, the two sides of this arguement will be thoroughly analysed and discussed with my own position.

Nowadays, it is becoming a practice to wear school uniforms across the globe. While the majority of educational professionals are of the opinion that uniforms make pupils proactive in their study by decimating the socioeconomic disparities, the tiny number argues that these infringe upon students basic right to be individual. This essay agrees that uniforms are crucial in maintaining equality between underprivileged and wealthy students in schools. This essay will discuss both views.

Urban development and projects of revitalization for old areas have always been a concern for the architectural history and identity of some cities. Some people believe that old constructions should be fully replaced for contemporary buildings, while others think that cities' historical houses and buildings must be protected. In my opinion, only historical important and preserved constructions should be protected as modern constructions are much safer for people.

Although it is believed by some that leaders are naturally born, others think that leadership skills ought to be taught in order to be an excellent leader. In my opinion, I consider that the ability to think, act and lead a group of people has to be cultivated right from a young age.
