The issue of children becoming overweight is a growing concern for many parents. Therefore, schools ought to increase sports and physical activity classes in order to curb this rapidly increasing problem of obesity in children. In my opinion, it is one of the most effective ways to encourage a child to adopt a healthy lifestyle and control body weight.

According to some people's opinion, maximum school age should be until 18. However, the opponents of this group think that pupils should be educated till the age of 14 and this is enough. In the era of digitization or globalization, the world is easily accessible through internet at sitting anywhere of the globe where getting study materials are not worthy.
