The importance of leadership qualities is evident, as older people mostly have control of the company rather than youngsters, which was always been debatable and has now become more controversial with many people claiming that CEOs of the new generation are more beneficial for the organization, while others reject this notion. The substantial influence of this trend has sparked controversy over its potential impact in recent years. In my opinion, both youth and aged leaders have their own expertise and ideologies which are essential for the firm.
