Migrating to a foreign region that has a different language may cause social and personal issues which I agree with and going to discuss in the following paragraphs.

Learning a new language is a challenging job and nowadays, numerous folks have started learning other languages for different purposes. Although, some people consider being fluent in a foreign language only if they want to go abroad to visit or work, many others think that there is more to it than these purposes. In this report, both views will be explored and a detailed analysis will be provided to help readers to decide which option to choose.

The restoration of old buildings in major cities in the world involves a lot of government expenditures. This money should be used in new housing and road development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Huge funds are required from the government in order to renovate the old constructions in prime cities. In my opinion, instead of spending money on repairing the existing complexes, authorities should spend on building new houses and laying new roads.

Human rights play a vital role in an individual's life. Some nations think that ages greater than 30-year people can do things such as vote for the country, marriage and get a driving licence, while other countries are against this statement. In my opinion, I think that having all rights at a young is essential for people and I will explain my reasons for it in the upcoming paragraphs.

Scientific research has been playing a vital role to save humanity for a very long time. Some people believe that these inquiries must be carried out and supervised by the responsible authorities and not by private companies. Although, working early and getting practice might secure a job, without profound educational background good position would be a severe challenge. This essay will discuss the perspectives of both sides along with my opinion.

It is a matter of fact that, although people have various preferences in life, health is the most important factor to be considered. Whether individuals should take care of their health for their benefit, rather than as a service to the community is a debatable question. From my point of view, investing in health is not only beneficial for the individual but also the society.

Nowadays, maintaining a law and order situation has become a big challenge to all security institutions. Does bring up children with good citizen values can reduce this trouble? I would shed light on other factors in addition to this in the forthcoming paragraphs.

In today's world, owning an increasing number of older people has put heavy pressure on public finances, therefore, the community ought to pay for medical treatments to tackle this problem on their own in the future. From my perspective, I strongly agree with this idea and will give several reasons in this essay.

Regarding this matter, some people say that governments ought to spend their budget mostly on railways rather than roads; I highly disagree with this notion because of two reasons which I am going to explain in the following paragraphs.

It is said that countries are becoming similar to each other because of the global spread of the same products , which are now available for purchase almost anywhere . I strongly believe that this modern development is largely detrimental to culture and traditions worldwide .
