The well-being status of an individual is declining in some nations as a result of rising in the usual weight.I agree that the causes of decline in the health of individuals are intake of junk foods and lack of exercise.However,steps such as eating well-balanced diet and physical activity will help solve this problem.This essay will discuss the reasons as well as measures to tackle the issue in subsequent paragraphs with examples.

In my opinion, caregivers and teachers should play a vital role in disciplining the children by making them follow the rules, meanwhile, they should also prepare them to have the courage in handling struggles in real life.We will discuss both sides in the upcoming paragraphs and try to derive a conclusion.

In my opinion, to control the stoppage and accidents on the streets people must understand the basic transit rules.
