Nowadays, some people think it’s better to choose friends who always have the same opinions as them. Other people believe it’s good to have friends who sometimes disagree with them. In my opinion, I will make friends who have the same mindset as me.

In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this?

Economies are steadily developing over the recent past with land in urban areas becoming scares for building homes. Therefore, people have no choice but rather move to the rural areas. Whereas, some argue that it is significant to preserve this land. However, in my opinion, if only the countryside is available then people are not left with a choice, but at the same time act in the benefit of the wellbeing of the surrounding.

Population growth is directly proportional to housing demands. The requirements are gradually increasing. However, land availability is limited. I completely agree that farmland should be protected and the construction of apartments should not be allowed in such places.

Issues related to sustainable development have been discussed these days. There are some countries where the economy is of the utmost importance whereas others believe that different types of progress should be given the same amount of concern. In this essay, I will try to shed some light on both views before proposing my viewpoint.

In the present scenario, international media has become an indispensable part of every person life. Although, it is sometimes thought all media have a positive impact on the local culture. In this essay, I will discuss both the merits and demerits.

Nowadays, our planet is in danger of environmental deterioration due to rapidly developed technologies. There is currently a contentious argument whether the national budget should be spent more on public transportation which runs faster or the other area such as the protection of the environment should be prioritised. I have a notion that authorities should allocate more money to preserve nature as this is a global issue and threatens our future.

In the past, there were no technological advancements that tracked human’s behaviour. However, recent years have witnessed these technologies monitoring it. Both drawbacks along with benefits linked to this topic will be outlined in the following paragraphs.

There's the burning issue which is mostly faced in every corner, in that ,case one group of folks believe that global warming is the vital environmental issue which we are currently facing, while some urge that deforestation is one of the reasons behind the impact. This essay will try to depict both sides of the argument and provide my opinion in the end.

Certain job applications require applicants to provide private information including marital status and personal hobbies. Some candidates may agree that this is necessary while others might think otherwise. In my opinion, these personal details are important for employers to arrange job scope and schedule; however, less relevant for applicants that do not associate their work with personal life.

While some individuals choose to use public transportations, others prefer their private cars. It is believed that the excessive usage of personal cars has caused congestion problems in big cities and therefore public transportations should be encouraged. However, they have their own positive and negative sides and the following essay will discuss them in detail.

I consent to hilt that, indeed, instead of celebrities, the professionals who are associated with teaching and the medical line should get high remuneration. Notwithstanding, this discourse delves into these two standpoints, accordingly.

There is a controversial statement heating a debate over the fact that the working position of females in workplaces should be spread. I am in the middle of these schools of thought, however, I would contend that promoting a top-level position should be equally based on human capacity, not gender discrimination.
