There is a trend of increasing competitiveness in today’s society. In your opinion, is it a good or a bad development?

It is true that people nowadays are living in a harshly competitive world. Although the positive aspects of this trend are varied, in my opinion, it is overall considered negative on account of some reasons below.

Although many people value their public parks, this space could be better used for other purposes such as residential areas for the ever-growing population or to develop business and boost economies. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this?

It is clear that the urban population is increasing at a noticeable speed, and the citizens’ requests might be pressure by social resources. Even though many people value their public parks, others suggest that it is better to replace parks with business or residential areas to meet their growing demand for land. I find this point of view very dissatisfactory.

Some people think parents are responsible for transporting their children to school. Others think it is the government’s responsibility. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

With the steady growth in modernization, the lifestyles of people have been greatly affected including parental responsibilities. While some feel that parents should take their children to school, others believe this is a governmental responsibility. In this essay , I will discuss why I believe that this is chiefly the duty of governments.

In today's world, advertisement has become a way to play with people's minds. There are concerned individuals who feel that, in order to sell their products, companies should use announcements. Others, however, believe that we should not support actors or sports stars for endorsing brands. I completely agree with the latter statement and in this essay, I will support my view with examples.

Nowadays, academic excellence is a consequential role for every graduate and has sparked much debate in our community. Most of the individuals believe that an educatee must achieve success through the right pedagog, while critics argue that it's the enrollee duty to take care of their education. Personally, I am in favour of the latter view.

Some say that young and energetic employees are the more valuable for the company, others argue that older employees have more experience and knowledge. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your opinion and examples, based on you own experience.

There are many concerned individuals who feel that the younger generation is more productive and can learn things quickly as compared to the mid-age people. Others, however, feel that the older employees play a vital role in the company. I completely agree with the letter statement and in this essay, I will support my view with examples.

In many countries, the proportion of older people is steadily increasing. This phenomenon is called the demographic time bomb. What do you think about this trend? What measures should be taken in order to tackle this problem?

The average age of the population is increasing, albeit slowly, in many developed countries. This is a matter of grave concern as it increases the tax burden on the government and restricts the population to work only in specific professions. This can be tackled through an efficient immigration policy that focuses on attracting young, outland working professionals and by inviting students from a foreign land to pursue higher studies in the country.

Some people believe the aim of university education is to help graduates get better jobs. Others believe there are much wider benefits of university education for both individuals and society. Discuss both views and give your opinion

Many people hold conflicting views as to the question of the purpose of university education. In my opinion, although a study in universities can allow young adults to obtain better job qualifications, it is more beneficial for personal and social development.

The use of mobile phones should be banned in public places like libraries and shops. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Mobile phones have been an inextricable part of the modern world, and they have brought in their wake not only benefits but also drawbacks. Opinions differ as to whether or not those gadgets should be allowed in public places. From my perspective, the use of cellphones should be banned in areas where they may cause unwanted disruptions such as libraries or hospitals, but in others, they should be welcomed provided that they are used in a cautious, respectful manner.

Some people say it is important to keep your home and your workplace tidy, with everything organised and in the correct place. What is your opinion about this?

A few people mention that keeping the residential and workplace tidy is very crucial and necessary. Managing everything in the right location and organising all of your own things are important too. In my point of view, I agree that keeping own house clean is an essential duty for everyone. It will be a good key to develop everyone’s mind both at home and somewhere else.

Large companies use sports events to promote their products. Some people think this has a negative impact on sports. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

While a significant number of organisations use sports events as a platform to introduce their product at a mass level and generate demand among the public. On the other side, some people believe that it creates a negative impact on sports. Both the arguments will discuss in this essay; however, as per my opinion, I disagree with the statement that it influence negativity in sports; on the contrary, it is an excellent platform to generate demand for your product.

Research has shown that overeating is as harmful as smoking. Therefore, the advertising of certain food products should be banned in the same way as the advertising of cigarettes in some countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some medical experts believe that excessive food consumption has the same adverse impacts on people’s health as smoking, so it is necessary to implement a prohibition on advertisements for both certain food products and smoking. In my opinion, while I accept those food advertisements may bring about some certain serious health problems as smoking, I believe that advertising of food products should not be banned.

Some feel that countries should produce most of the food that is eaten in their country and import as little as possible. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Most of believes that nation should increase the proportion of producing food that is important for consuming in their own nation while decreasing an importing to a smaller number. In my opinion, I personally disagree with this because of my three personal reasons.

Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of society. Others, however, believe that school is the best place to learn this. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

In the last few years, the debate regarding minor upbringing has been raised. Some people believe that parents should teach the minor how to become effective society members. However, others claim that this responsibility should be on the school as the children spend at least eight hours every day there. In my point of view, this is shared accountability between the parents together with the school.

Governments should focus on building transportation infrastructure for bicycles rather than motor vehicles. To what extent do you agree?

Bicycling has been in service in human society for more than two centuries; however, with the arrival of modern transportation, bikes tend to be outdated civil products. Therefore, in my view, I object to constructing more roads suitable for cycling around cities especially cosmopolitan areas in terms of the demand of people of all ages.

This essay will discuss why this kind of advertisement can have a negative impact on sports and I will explain my point of view in detail.

In the present age, there has been much discussion revolving around the issue of whether giving presents to the family and friends is a good way to show caring about them or there are better ways. Some people argue that there are more appropriate ways, while others assert that giving gifts is always a good sign to demonstrate respect and care. Personally, I am in favour of the latter view.

Presently, it is true that most museums still have an entrance fee for admission. Even though there are numerous benefits for this, there are also negative issues that need to be considered which will be further discussed in the following essay.

It is considered by many that tutees can gain more knowledge from academic topics with the assistance of tutors as against from other complimentary sources, including television and the internet. I, however, entirely withstand this assertion and would like to disclose my views in the forthcoming paragraphs.

Nowadays, it is necessary to give your personal information to your employer in order to get a job. Some people believe that this is an important part while others are the opposite. This essay will discuss both sides and in the end, will give my personal view.
