Since the modern era has come, it is common to get an exchange student in the academy or be an exchange student. Both of these have provided benefits for the student, especially for those who be exchange students. From my perspective, I believe that be an exchange student provides advantages more than disadvantages. The following paragraph will be discussing advantages. Therefore, the conclusion has been reached.

Many people around the world take part in various sports at the Olympics, and this has been a way to bring the world together in the spirit of sportsmanship while also promoting its health benefits. There are discussions on whether team sports are better than individual sports and both will be discussed in this essay.

In this cutting edge era, many individual's are shifting to modern cities, as a result, the urban areas are extending to their periphery and decrease their attractiveness. I strongly with this notion and I will articulate some agreement points in the forthcoming paragraphs.

Public transportation is the important thing to express how prosperous the city is and also refer to the well-being of the nation. Some people think that cities should develop the new faster trains even if a huge amount of money is needed to be used, whereas some think nations should reconstruct the old infrastructure transportation instead. In my opinion, I agree with those who think that should be build up the new infrastructure for public transport, and the following examples will be provided to support my point of view.

Nowadays, bicycles are more useful and eco-friendlier. When began to talk with environment and quality of life for people that topic will be a focus on how can less carbon emission. While many people are stuck in two directions that cars are better or transportation is effective, and many ideas come into the brain that possible bicycles are more beneficial. In my opinion, I think we can invest in cycling and it will be good for health and environmental impact.

In modern times there has been a tendency of people deciding to buy their own houses instead of renting one. For some of them, this is a justified behaviour and, in my personal opinion, the advantages of owning your own space outweigh the minimal drawbacks.

Jails in many countries nowadays suffer from finding spaces to deal with the largest numbers of prisoners. Consequently, many authorities specialize a considerable amount of the budget to build new buildings to handle this problem. However, there are a lot of voices that urge officials to release some prisoners who could help society in community services. In my perspective, I believe this decision could help both the offender and society as well.

To be offered for studying at college, a junior ought to meet the entrance requirements and pay tuition fees. These conditions are universal for all university applicants, which means that those from underprivileged backgrounds encounter more difficulties in obtaining higher education. I agree that government should introduce special arrangements to help such students; however, they should not put others at a disadvantage.

Nowadays, a plethora of individual's move abroad for better educational opportunities. I; however, believe that opting abroad for education has positive outcomes that will I will discuss in forthcoming paragraphs.

Many people claim that it is more important to have an occupation with a high income whether the job is appealing and makes you happy or not. I completely disagree whit this statement and this essay will argue why having a job that you enjoy is much more important than a high income with no job satisfaction.

There have been tremendous advances in the development of internet technology in today's world. One of the features of products sold online is that people can leave reviews about whether those services are good or bad. This is a positive development in my opinion, due to the fact that it makes companies more accountable to their customers and also helps consumers make better decisions regarding their purchases.

Nowadays, technological advancement and their rapid and wide applications are having a significant impact on a nation's traditional skills and ways of life. Some argue that such impact is so extraordinary that it would make conventional skills and lifestyles obsolete. However, I believe they would continue to thrive by providing alternatives to modern ways of life, and innovative ideas for modern technologies.

In this modern age, the athletes should prepare themself as much as possible to be a champion. While there are those people who believe that the individuals and team performance will lead them to win in competitions, some argue that the professionals who have a solid mentality will win. I strongly believe that players should be able to handle pressure and also have abilities to be a winner.

It is not a secret that the countryside is dying. Many workers move from villages to cities, it has many reasons and many problems are connected. I am inclined to believe it depends on many factors and some of them are crucial.

Nowadays, we are witnessing a severe defect in connection between universities and the labour market worldwide. This issue has made numerous highly graduate people unemployed. This essay will examine the reasons for this problem and then suggest some practical actions as a solution in favour of eradicating it forever.
