It is often said that aiming high is important for success. However, some say that keeping goals realistic is more important. Discuss both views and give your own opinion

There is nothing sweeter than achieving something. However, one's goals play a major part in determining one's success. There are some who believe that an individual should aim high while there are others who believe that goals should be realistic. Both these views are discussed below along with my personal opinion.

The role of education is to prepare children for the modern world. Schools should cut subjects such as arts and music out of the curriculum so that children can focus on subject such as information technology. To what extent do you agree?

Many educationists believe that such subjects as arts and music should be cut out of the curriculum in order to prioritize subjects like information technology in the modern world. Although the suggestion might be beneficial to a certain extent, I disagree with this because of its potential harm to children.

“Some people believe that the best way to reduce crime is to increase the length of the prison sentence. Other people, however, believe there are better methods to reduce crime. Discuss both views and give your opinion.”

Many people feel that crime is increasing rapidly in our days. The communities are trying to enforce some restriction methods to reduce it, but many times have the opposite results. Community members spend a long time alone, having no construction with their immediate or extended family, or either with friends. Economic problems lead to alienation and many time as a result these population make crimes.

Despite advances in medicine, mental ill health is becoming more common amongst young people. What do you think are the causes of this problem and what measures can be taken to solve it?

According to recent studies, mental disorders are one of the leading causes of disability, which mainly affects young people. Despite this fact, the problem is tending to be ignored and discriminated against by society, especially in post-Soviet states. In my personal opinion, ignoring this social and medical problem is unacceptable, because mental illness affects mostly the working-age population, leading to a huge economic impact.

People are facing the dilemma of whether or not they should control the amount of noise. While some argue that making as much noise as they want is a fact of life, I would argue that strictly regulating our sound is a must.

It is believed that metropolitans' issues of overcrowding and renting costs could be resolved by transferring businesses and factories and their staff to rural areas. In this essay, I will argue that this relocation can have positive implications on these major problems as it will decentralize the population as well as traffic flow, as well as reduce demand for accommodation facilities and thus lower the cost of housing.

In the Modern world, immigration and emigration are quite a norm due to various reasons , so it is significantly important to be fluent in not only native languages but also in the languages which are spoken predominantly in other nations. Nowadays, it is becoming increasingly common for people to present a speech or presentation in public. Some people think that they have difficulties speaking in front of a huge number of people. Moreover, it is believed that public speaking should be taught in schools. In fact, I firmly agree that it is important to know how to speak well and it will be good that public speaking becomes a subject in school for two main reasons.

These days, there is a lot of buzz around work-life balance. Some believe that taking longer holidays can motivate employees and make them remain loyal to their employers. I agree, and I believe that employers should allow their workers to take longer vacation leaves to improve productivity and also to maintain their mental health.

It’s arguable whether school is the best place for children to learn how to become a great member of society or if they can better learn it at home. This essay believes the school can be a better place to teach children to become good members of society than their home.

Nowadays, restoring and maintaining dated buildings in major cities takes considerable government funding. Some people think that it would be more beneficial to use this tax money to construct new homes and infrastructures. In my opinion, I agree with this idea, except in the case of historic and iconic buildings that should be conserved.

There is an argument that art is an important element. I believe that developing a skill of outputting their thoughts is a more necessary ability than learning art during childhood, and children should be encouraged to focus on their national language.

It is important for people to take risk , both in their professional lives and their personal lives. Do you think the advantages of taking risks outweigh the disadvantages?

It is an everlasting debate that whether people should take risks in their careers and private lives. Though the accomplishment of dangerous works may make lives prosperous, too much of it could be detrimental. I believe that it is beneficial to try luck but the well judgement is required.
