Getting promotion is one of the biggest driver for people to apply to themselves and work hard in the modern workplace. Why do you think people are so driven to get promotion? What other factors influence people to work hard?

People working in all organizations have one thing in common between them i.e. working hard to get a promotion. In the following paragraphs, I will discuss the link between increasing effort in order to improve their status at the office.

The rapid growth of the population in many places around makes it more challenging to find a new settlement. While it is common that many people decide to move to the countryside today, some residents in a suburb are resistant to this trend. However, I personally support this idea for the following reasons.

Incremental sales of familiar consumer product point towards the strength of advertising rather than the actual requirement of society. This essay completely agrees with the statement because people became more materialistic and influenced by the cine actors lifestyle which makes people buy things that are not needed.

It is argued that the best method to tackle the record high level of pollution and the increasing traffic congestion is by increasing the cost of petrol, however, I completely disagree with this idea. I believe that there are variety of ways to solve these issues without imposing a financial burden on people.

A relationship has a vital role in human life and people should take into consideration how to manage to get along well with their friends and families. It is suggested that individuals should tell the truth under any circumstances in their relationships. In my opinion, although telling the truth can sometimes damage a relationship, it is one of the most important factors in all relationships that people should consider to keep in touch with others and is a must.

In the past, people communicate through face-to-face interaction. Nowadays, those types of interaction have been largely supplanted by social media. While utilizing these modern platforms have significant benefits, especially for education, I concede its drawbacks of having influenced youngsters in order that they are unable to speak to each other adequately and also the extensive use of it will pose a great risk of depression.

It is argued that students should only focus on subjects that they like instead of all. In my opinion, they should concentrate on all fields of study as focusing on some specific topic results in a lack of knowledge and spending less time on weak areas causing them to fail the exams.
