These days, there is a lot of buzz around work-life balance. Some believe that taking longer holidays can motivate employees and make them remain loyal to their employers. I agree, and I believe that employers should allow their workers to take longer vacation leaves to improve productivity and also to maintain their mental health.

Nowadays, restoring and maintaining dated buildings in major cities takes considerable government funding. Some people think that it would be more beneficial to use this tax money to construct new homes and infrastructures. In my opinion, I agree with this idea, except in the case of historic and iconic buildings that should be conserved.

There is an argument that art is an important element. I believe that developing a skill of outputting their thoughts is a more necessary ability than learning art during childhood, and children should be encouraged to focus on their national language.

It is an everlasting debate that whether people should take risks in their careers and private lives. Though the accomplishment of dangerous works may make lives prosperous, too much of it could be detrimental. I believe that it is beneficial to try luck but the well judgement is required.

Some people claimed that experts in fields like medicine and engineering should be demanded to work in the country where their trainings take place while others argued that they have the freedom to work wherever they want. Although professionals who are trained in different countries receive and bring intelligence and unique techniques to the place where they currently work seems to be unfair to some people, I believe that people have the human right to choose their working place and the mix of different knowledge can benefit people.

Some people hold the view that academic knowledge should be given to students so they can succeed in tests, and life skills such as cooking or dressing shouldn’t be taught. I disagree with the view since pupils perform as well as possible in life,both theoretical information and basic life abilities should be provided in education.
