It is irrefutable that a lot of people absolutely love their parks; however, some people opine that the area occupied by parks can be utilized in a more beneficial way by building residential and commercial structures there. I agree with this view and in my opinion, this is the best way to utilize the land occupied by public parks.

There is a rapid growth in the population of the elderly cohort in some countries. If this trend continues it could bring favourable along with unfavourable impacts on society.Even though there are some merits through it, its shortcomings far outweigh the benefits.I will give further argumentation in the below paragraphs.

One part of society thinks the government should spend more money renovating aged facilities, however, the other part of society says the administration should rather invest in the construction of new amenities such as highways and new units.
