IELTS Opinion Writing Samples Band 7
There is a controversial perspective heating up a debate over the extinction of animal species. Some people claim that it can be considered a natural process and there is no justification for them to hinder this from occurring. From my perspective, I do not have a consensus with this perception.
Nowadays, scientists’ interest in the exploration of the universe is increasing. Nevertheless, it is argued that doing this consumes time, money and energy whereas others believe that it is required to discover the cosmos. In my opinion, the resources required to go to space should be spent on the country’s development project rather than wasting them in space.
Nowadays, in the world, exist different type of households and some of them are similar to the past because they are multi-generational. This kind of situation can be very positive for some aspects and negative for others.

Nowadays, whether to continue tertiary education is the best pathway to having a successful job opportunity for some people, while others reckon that it's better to work just after graduating from secondary education and has heated debate and drawn public attention, I opine that finishing a degree can give a better career in the future.
There is an adverse impact on the environment due to a vast evolution in technology. It is argued that the main environmental problem is the loss of specific species of plants and animals. Whereas, others think that there are more crucial environmental issues. Although the extinction of particular species of plants and animals impacts the weather, I believe that there are more important problems that are there in the environment these days.
Nowadays, with the current demands of work, parents are having trouble achieving a balance between their families and careers, and only a few of them are able can achieve this. In my opinion, I believe that if companies establish flexible schedules and governments promote online work, a balance could be achieved.
It is argued that it would be better to teach religious subjects when children are studying as students in school ,however, others believe learning these courses should be banned during this time. Both views put forward valid points, but I prefer the latter.
