Nowadays, it is becoming increasingly common that more people are likely to agree that the programs on TV would affect their behaviour. This trend has caused some controversy, about whether others support the amount of time watching is the effect on the reasoned outcome of children's behaviour. In my opinion, I believe it may give both effects for some reasons.

In this modern era, the way of teaching has improved significantly. All the institutions have been changing their learning methods using new technologies such as computers. Some people think that the amount we pay for institutions should be used only to teach students using modern techniques. In contrast, others are of the opinion that hiring high-level teachers are better for improving students' knowledge levels. It is said that in Britain, elderly people tend to live in elderly care homes where caregivers are available to take care of them.On several occasions, the state has to bare the cost of this.I believe that the government needs to pay this type of service due to older people had already paid a high amount of money as a tax to the state and serviced to their society during their working age and nursing of elders is too expensive for families.
