Despite having advent globalization leads to an increment in the economy. Our society become modernised, and it creates some negative results on the world such as decreasing cultural values and competition in every sector. I would like to take the middle ground in this essay.

In modern times, music has greatly benefited in many positive ways. An easy outlet for stress relief and rejuvenation, music can bring people of different backgrounds or ages together, as some people think. Nobody would argue that these days a lot depends on the reputation of a business as the company can maintain its status and clients this way. It is widely recognized creating a positive mindset about yourself during the first meeting in order to get a job is vital. There are those who argue that interviewers consider this as the most important criterion in hiring employees during the job interview. While I believe that first-time encounters can influence others' judgments, I don't consider it the most significant factor in the evaluation session for employment.

Regarding traffic congestion concerns,some individuals say that the government should spend more budget on constructing more public transportation such as trains and subways, in order to decrease the traffic issue. On the other hand, some say the way to resolve this problem is the construction of more and wider roads. In my opinion,I strongly agree with spending the budget on building more public vehicles. This essay also discusses both aspects with some examples based on my relevant experiences.

In recent years engineering and medical fields have become so popular.
