In this fast-paced world, the competition has increased tremendously that living a basic lifestyle involves a lot of struggle. Besides being underpaid and exploited, employees do not consider changing a job, all due to the fear of survival or unreliable security in the next job. Going further I will be discussing both viewpoints followed by my own opinion.

Some people feel that the design of newly constructed buildings in big cities should be controlled by governments. Others believe those who finance the construction of a building should be free to design it as they see fit. Discuss both these views and give your opinion. Opinions are divided as to whether the construction and style of buildings in the capital should be supervised by the governments only. Despite the fact that there are some benefits of handling by governments, I believe that being designed by those who have fundings is more useful.

However, some people believe that studying about the past will bring enormous benefit to society as a whole. In this essay, I will elaborate further on both views.

In the advanced ,era the development of the science sector has seized the attention of certain individuals and they believe that government should allow more funds on science over the other subjects. Scientific growth is very essential for nations. In my ,opinion the former appears to be more rational. I can't entirely disagree with allotting funds for science subjects and thus will lead to a logical conclusion.

Happiness from thyself or from other factors has become an integral part of the rising debate in the present world. While proponents of the arguments are in favour; however, the opponents are completely against the relevance of the happiness we get. In my opinion, happiness from thyself has more positive impacts than negative around the globe.

Today,s world technology changed people way of personal thinking. A number of people believe that nowadays a judgement of humans changed towards their social status and what they have, instead of their loyalty toward a society. while I fully agreed with the given statements.

The study is the most important thing in everyone's life and from where we can get that is a big concern for all of us. Some individual says that teaching at home is good for our child development while others say that schooling plays the important role in better career building. A number of people do not understand that general fixed retirement age for everyone, independently of the occupation, is fair. These people think that some specific workers should start their retirement earlier than others.

Few individuals claim that setting retirement age for everyone is not worth appreciating act , despite their professions . some thought that specific employees deserve to retire and receive a pension at an early age. In my perspective, I do believe that people in some professions should terminate their jobs before time and there are ample people for whom this approach should be beneficial which would be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs.

One of the main reasons why people need to get a job is mainly to receive a salary every month. It is easy to understand why some people tend to choose a position in which they get a higher wage over their own happiness in doing that job. Thus, I personally may not agree with this view considering some considerations that will be outlined in this essay.

In this 21st century, technology has played a major role in advancement and modernization. The availability of various technical devices like mobile phones, laptops and various other gadgets has undoubtedly improved our lifestyle but at the same time, made man more social. In my opinion, I agree with the statement that people have become more sociable due to easy access to technology.

Income is the thing people considered most and all professionals would earn a lot of money than others but why successful sports professions can earn more than any others. Most people agree that it is unfair for other important professions to earn less money than successful sportsmen. Personally, I think it is completely justified since they need to work hard and need more time to practice and need a lot of mistakes to learn from.

It is said that in the future more people will prefer domestic tourism instead of a foreign one. In the last decades because of globalization, trips across the world became very popular and it is likely the situation will change very soon. I can not agree with this view and in this essay, I will give arguments supporting my opinion.

Some people regard the video games as harmless fun, or even as a useful educational tool. Others, however, believe that videos games are having an adverse effect on the people who play them. There is currently a continuous argument over whether youngsters are being harmed or benefited by computerized games. I totally agree with this opinion that electronic games such as Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo give rise to a number of children's physical and mental health. Therefore, their substantial drawbacks outweigh their benefits.
