Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion

There is a common belief among the general public that there is advised to be specific punishments for certain kind of crime committed; whereas, some state that the occasion and motivation of an illegal action should always be taken into consideration when it comes to punishment. From my perspective, these two scenarios have their own benefits which contribute greatly to the safety of the community as well as the power of the justice system.

There is an endless debate between people who think that the only advantage of knowing a foreign dialect is having a chance of exploring other countries and finding a job there. To agree or disagree with the above statement that, as a punishment, criminal should send behind the bars or should send for unpaid community work is an important issue.Putting the discussion in a wider context, punishment should be focused on the betterment of criminals. Even though some folks from our society support that they should be kept behind the bars , according to my point of view, I wholeheartedly believe, unpaid community work for prisoners as punishment is a better choice. In the essay, I will discuss some arguments to support my point.

Today the vast majority of popular touristic places are closed due to pandemic situation. And if they were not ready for disasters like this, they would suffer from a lack of income in their budget. So, generally speaking, the question of proper management in areas like this, is crucial.

In recent years, it has become popular for more people to decide to live alone than in the past. In my opinion, the positive effects outweigh the drawbacks of this trend. This essay will discuss two major reasons for advantageous development, followed by a conclusion.

There are numerous pressing issues that people face these days. Choosing an organisation for work is one amongst them. A section of society believes that one should work in a standardized company where there are various opportunities for the employees; however, opponents think to work in smaller firms as these are easy to handle. Some would argue that gadgets are enough to see films while others say it is much more enjoyable to go to the cinema. It is a huge loss to produce films to watch movies on phone and can share feelings when would go to the cinema but I believe that to watch movies in a cinema make people much happier.

There are many who claim hosting the Olympics unproductively diverts money from more essential areas. In my opinion, despite these valid objections, there is still great value in the unifying impact of the Olympics.

It is commonly suggested that having qualified teachers would significantly contribute to academic success while others believe that this success relies mostly on the student's attitude. In my opinion, I would agree with the former statement because teachers play a pivotal role in improving the education system.

Wearing uniform at working places play an integral role for both the employees as well as an organization. It is often argued that it is considered a good perspective. I agree with the given ideology as it provides the identity of a person that works for a particular company although some find it difficult to adjust and the various other reasons will be highlighted in the upcoming paragraphs with relevant examples.

Nowadays due to an increase in technology, pupils are reluctant towards doing outdoor activities which cause an issue of obesity among children. Many people believe that increasing sports activities might help to reduce this issue. In my opinion, this is a great notion to deal with these problems, but there are many other solutions too which need to be implemented together to overcome this menace.

The resources learning institutions own are limited, so they have to prioritize the area to allocate them. Individuals have a difference in thoughts that, whether manforce or technology should be chosen by schools to spend their money on. This essay would discuss both sides of the matter, but I personally believe that a mixture of both is the best way to assign the budgets.

A section of society believes that the primary reason for elating human happiness is money. However, in my opinion, although money plays a vital role in fulfilling the needs of an individual, yet other factors are responsible for contributing to a person’s happiness and contentment.
