In recent years, the volume of elderly people has witnessed a considerable increase in the contemporary world, which made more and more people concern about the problems of getting old. It is often argued whether a retirement age of around 60-65 years for everybody is needed or not. This essay disagrees that the retirement age must be set irrespective of occupation. This essay first discusses how different type of work takes a varied amount of toll of the body and then explains how each individual achieves a prime at different ages in their life.

I personally completely agree with this point of view. This is because the increased rate will push many industries to look for environmental-friendly energy alternatives thus decreasing pollution, as well as encourage the companies to come up with better pollutants free machinery such as solar energy automobiles.

These days, the success of organisations depend upon the effort of all the team members. There has been a contentious discussion going over the issue of whether the decision should be made by the supervisor alone. In the advanced ,era advertisements distribute motive as individuals purchase produces products according to their needs. I completely disagreed with this statement. Advertisements provide information on new products upcoming in markets. In my ,opinion the former appears to be more rational.
