These days number of crash accidents in the whole world has increased extremely, just because of reckless driving . Accordingly, there is a growing perception that road security can only be improved by holding a driving test every term . I partly agree with this point of view, because there are other more strict ways to enhance highway safety.

Nowadays, many people change jobs quite regularly, rather than working in one company for their entire career. Why do you think this is happening? How can companies keep their workers?

Job retention is growingly becoming more difficult as the days go by. Recently, people are now switching jobs more often and it is getting worrisome. In this essay, I will be discussing the reason for this trend which I believe is a result of a better payment structure and also, I will profer two solutions on how firms can retain their workers.

It is argued that it does not make any sense to teach art at school to those children who are not good at it, because concentrating on other subjects is more useful for them. This essay completely disagrees with this statement. I believe painting and drawing can contribute to children’s mental health and develop other skills in them such as creativity and imagination.

On the other hand, others believe the rise is a good index for economic advancement and societal development globally. In my opinion, I strongly believe that the growing population of the world is a good fit for society and the global economy. The essay will discuss both views and draw a logical conclusion on the issue.
