With the serious problem of inflation, the price of a flat is getting more unaffordable year in, year out. However, there is still a bunch of people who prefer to own one instead of renting in some countries. I, personally, believe that it is essential to have one according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. This essay will discuss why might this case be and its advantages.

A highly controversial issue today relates to whether it is necessary to explore space whereas the earth has not been fully harnessed. Some individuals believe that scientists should explore the galaxy and interact with other life forms while others think it is dangerous.Thus, I am going to examine both points of view and explain why I believe it is a risky venture.

Nowadays, societies can access everything online such as electronic journals and e-books. Some people believe that no one will pay for physical publications or newspapers because everything they want to read will be available on the internet for free. Although I personally agree that physical books will be not in demand in the future, I disagree with the given reason for it.

Whereas certain demography believes that the more recreation venues are provided, the more public health is improved. I am going to examine both points of view and then explain why I believe that public well-being awareness is vital to enhancing general wellness.

In many societies, the number of books and TV shows breaking laws is drastically growing. Nowadays papers and dramas include mainly crime subjects and gradually become more celebrities. In this essay, I will discuss the main reasons why people are interested in this subject and then suggest optical solutions for how we tackle this problem.

Learning about different cultures is a very important aspect of being human. It often gives us the chance to reflect on our own lives and perhaps view things with a different lens. Some have argued that the best way to experience different modes of life is by travelling to other places, while others claim that the same information can be achieved through movies, novels and the world wide web. I believe that nothing can match travelling to a different country and experiencing it with your own eyes.

Although some human activists and individuals oppose authorities, However, I believe that the government's decision is correct as it improves the security of the nation, and provides precedence for their citizens in employment.
