In the modern era, advancements in science and technology have a direct influence on human cognitive development. Many people argue that TV set affects children's growth in a negative manner, but I strongly oppose this statement, as the advantages outweigh the limitations. This essay describes the pros and cons of watching television for children's intellectual progression.

The issue is controversial with one side maintaining that being popular has a positive impact on one's life, while opponents mention that being well-known can be totally harmful. Working areas should be made smoking free by higher management like many countries have restricted smoking in common sites. It is said by many public that the mentioned step is appreciable whilst others say that it endangers people's liberty. I agree with the earlier idea and in this essay, I will highlight the reasons along with suitable examples followed by a lucid conclusion.

Society has given a lot of things to humankind; it is our moral responsibility to give back to it. Thus, it is suggested that raising those goods' prices would affect the behaviour of consumers in a way that limits their purchase of such products. In my view, I disagree with this belief and hold that there are more adequate ways to tackle this problem.

Hence, the citizens are currently ageing in the latter and issues may follow. Thus, it begs the question : what is the balance between the benefits and the negative aspects of this evolution ?In my opinion, this is highly disadvantageous. This essay aims to answer this question by first stating the very nature of this development and will follow by depicting the impacts on our society.
