The government's investment in arts, music and theatre is a waste of money. Governments should invest these funds in public services instead. To what extent do you agree with the sentence?

The government is the biggest organisation in every country. They receive an income from a tax of society. The government can fund in various situations, whether in arts, music, and theatre. However, public services should be funded by the government instead. In my opinion, I totally agree with this argument. I will give an explanation below.

In this day and age, it is widely accepted that people change their minds more and more to be important personal life rather than work. It is true that office workers who are not married can complain because this is not profitable for them.
