Restoration of old buildings in main cities involves enormous government expenditure. It would be more beneficial to spend this money to build new houses and roads. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include examples from your own experience.

In this day and age, people often believe that the government should allocate more funds to the construction of new houses as well as road systems rather than the restoration of old buildings since this activity can waste a large amount of money. In my opinion, old buildings often have a lot of historical and artistic significance, although restoration of these constructions can have high costs and main cities have great issues related to living and housing, I tend to disagree with this statement.

Every nation relies upon various sources of energy to meet its industrial and economic growth requirements. While a majority of nations are heavily dependent upon fossil fuels to meet their energy requirement, few nations have developed the technical capacity to harness energy from renewable sources. Certain groups think that renewable energy is a boon for society while others believe it’s a threat to energy security. This essay will explain both sides of the opinion, but personally, I am in support of adopting renewable energy sources.

I disagree with this notion to a large extent; however, the importance of sacrificing the current generation can be Justified, and therefore, valid arguments for both sides of this phenomenon will be presented in this essay.

The friends add fullness to the life undoubtedly. While certain individuals think that having friends who have similar ideas and opinions is preferable. It is true that the driverless system on vehicles has brought some advantages to both commuters and businesses which will change the role of people to be only passengers. While there are beneficial consequences of this development, I would argue that these are outweighed by the disadvantages.

While it is believed that people having extremely high income in some positions is good for the nation, others disagree and deem that salaries should not exceed a certain level. In my view, it is true that salaries are a way of rewarding workers but they should be limited by the government.

It's important that the employee must complete their tasks; However, It may affect their health seriously if they are working when they are sick. In my point of view, people should not go to work when they get ill because they not only may not finish well their job but also make their sickness heavily.
