This issue is becoming very popular and controversial these days; considering the predominance of both sources, a final notion has been made by me in the forthcoming article.

In British and Australia, a judge can't get permission to know the previous criminal history of the accused person which resulted in the protection of the defendant. Consequently, it is suggested by some lawyers that this culture ought to be changed and a judge should be provided all the previous records before achieving their final comment about the case. In my opinion, I also agreed with the suggestion given by some judges.

In the modern world, presently computers are the basis and which needs to be implemented into classrooms where different programs are used for education purposes. But, in the case of different teaching modules, dependency on computers may result in a certain amount of danger to pupils. In this essay, both issues need to be discussed. In my opinion, computers should be available especially in the classrooms, and the precise use of the computer is necessary to compete with the world.
