It is more important to spend public money on promoting a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent illness than to spend it on treatment of people who are already ill. To what extent do you agree of disagree

The way to spend money on fighting malady has become a controversial topic among the public. It is argued that government money should be invested to encourage a healthy lifestyle to detect ailments rather than treat patients. Personally, I approve of this viewpoint; however, to a certain extent, the treatment for people having frail health should be taken into account.

Unlike olden days people all around the world try to get accustomed to a new language in order to communicate effectively. Provided that some argue educating themselves with a new foreign dialect are only relevant in an organization or when travelling. It is perceived by many that metropolitan cities are ominous for our well-being as opposed to living in rural areas.
