In order to keep them safe and healthy at such places the expenses are more often paid by their heirs and sometimes by the authorities. In my opinion, both government and children are responsible to pay for such care. The following testament would elucidate both the statements with apt specimens and justifications.

A section of society believes that in order to enhance street care the stage of an individual to drive automobiles or bikes should be higher. In my opinion, I agree with this statement as these days, youth are crazier about showing stunts and do not know the responsibility of safe driving or the importance of life.
