Some people say that the government should ensure that people lead to a healthy life, while others believe that individuals should have their own choices. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

There has been rising concern on a range of global health issues in the last few decades. Under such worries, a considerable number of people have started to ask for assistance from governments and regard solving these health threats as the responsibility of the state. From my perspective, the benefit of implementing government intervention outweighs its drawbacks.

The first car appeared on British roads in 1888. By the year 2020 there may be as many as 40 million vehicles on British roads. Alternative forms of transport should be encouraged and international laws introduced to control car ownership and use. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In modern society, transportation becomes one of the most essential needs. Therefore, the number of people who own a private car has been increasing dramatically. However, there are various problems that happened by this phenomenon, such as traffic congestion, air pollution, as well as overconsuming of fossil fuel. Thus, some people support that other forms of transporting should be encouraged, and some laws should be published globally to limit car ownership. I completely agree with this opinion and I will illustrate my view in the essay.

There are some who choose to do physical exercise to destress, while others prefer mental activities. Although, in my opinion, both types of activities provide relaxation, this essay will discuss both views.

The influence has been a key element in the overall development of the youngsters. However, it is a debatable topic where an array of masses prioritizes family factors in this context and others favour the outside aspects. I strongly agree with the latter view of the statement.

The ever-rising development of urbanization has improved our living quality considerably in the last few decades. Nevertheless, many people argue that modern cities are too crowded to live in and it is necessary for us to plant more trees in public zones instead of constructing more buildings. From my perspective, the benefits of improving gardening outweigh its drawbacks and our lives can be significantly benefited from it.

Investing in primary prevention was always the ultimate goal of governments around the world. The idea of allocating governments' money into advocacy for a healthy lifestyle instead of treatment is advantageous. I totally agree with this statement because it will benefit the government financially.

Magazines and news channels ought not to reveal news about political leaders' family problems. This essay entirely disagrees with this statement because it helps in displaying their actual mental psyche to citizens, and it also helps in evaluating their honesty to people.

It is becoming accepted by some people that old people ought to be taken care of by the government, while others are of opinion that family members need to care for their old parents in today's complex society. In modern times, there are many environmental issues that cannot be solved by a person or a single nation. In fact, it is a global problem. In my view, I completely agree that nations need to work together with each other to solve this environmental problem.

In some areas of the US, a ‘curfew’ is imposed, in which teenagers are not allowed to be out of doors after a particular time at night unless they are accompanied by an adult. What is your opinion about this?

Generally, it is believed that many illegal and inappropriate activities happen at midnight. Hence, in some ,places the governments have imposed a curfew not allowing teenagers to stay outdoors at night beyond a certain time unless accompanied by an adult. In my opinion, this is the right decision made by these authorities and, why I think it is right will be explained in this essay.

The past few decades have seen a phenomenal upsurge in cross-border travel. There is a heated debate about whether the development may give rise to locals' grudge against tourists. To a certain ,extent I believe the development nourishes mutual understanding of people,however we cannot ignore some conflicts somehow appearing from distinct cultural backgrounds

Many people have valued the significance of spending state money on the promotion of healthy lifestyle over that of treatment. In my opinion, I completely agree with this perspective as one can relate this view to old and primitive sayings" prevention is better than cure".

One of the rapid changes in today’s world is the eradication of some local languages. There is now a debate over whether or not we should embrace this change or be worried about it. There is a group of people who believe fewer languages means easier communication. I completely disagree with this view as I think there would be several negative consequences along with it.

UNDER BRITISH AND AUSTRALIAN LAWS A JURY IN A CRIMINAL CASE HAS NO ACCESS TO INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEFENDANT'S PAST CRIMINAL RECORD. THIS PROTECTS THE PERSON WHO IS BEING ACCUSED OF THE CRIME. SOME LAWYERS HAVE SUGGESTED THAT THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE CHANGED AND THAT A JURY SHOULD BE GIVEN ALL THE PAST FACTS BEFORE THEY REACH THEIR DECISION ABOUT THE CASE. DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE? GIVE REASONS FOR YOUR ANSWER AND INCLUDE ANY RELEVANT EXAMPLES FROM YOUR OWN KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE.

IN SOME COUNTRIES SUCH AS AUSTRALIA AND BRITISH, JURIES ARE NOT ABLE TO REVIEW DELINQUENCES‘ BACKGROUND SINCE IT IS PROHIBITED. HOWEVER, SOME LAWYERS RECOMMEND FOR THE JUDICIARY SYSTEM TO CHANGE IT GIVEN THAT IT WAS NOT BANNED IN THE PAST. I COMPLETE DISAGREE WITH AUTHORITIES ALLOWING TO CHANGE THIS LAW BECAUSE KNOWING PEOPLE’S RECORDS MIGHT BRING AN INFLUENCE ON THE CURRENT CASE AS WELL AS IMPACT DRAMATICALLY ON ACCUSED’S LIVES.

In the past, most people lived in small villages where everyone knew everyone else. Nowadays, most people live in large cities where they only know a few people in their area. What do you think were the advantages and disadvantages of living in a small community?

Before modern times, many folks used to live in rural villages where folks know each other. Although, there were drawbacks to living in a small town. I believe there are advantages that outweigh the disadvantages. My reasons will be explained in the following paragraphs.

In modern ,society transportation became one of the most essential needs. Therefore, the demand for owning a car grows immensely. With the growing number of cars, air pollution also increased to an intolerable level. As far as I am concerned regulations must be introduced to reduce the negative environmental effects of car use.

It is true that many people choose their jobs based on the size of the salary offered. Personally, I agree with the idea that graduates should choose the job which they are interested in, but I think the money is equally important.

It is sometimes argued that some firms and factories should be moved to countrysides to get better development for both cities and individuals. In my opinion, there are more benefits than drawbacks.

It is irrefutable, that study is not a part of schooling but also it is the process of whole life span. A certain segment of society believes that emphasis has been given on the theoretical part, in spite of Performing actionable portion. Therefore, I firmly agree with this statement and elucidate my points on the surging paragraph
