Nowadays, many people spend less and less time at home. What are the causes of this? What are the effects of this on individuals and on society

As everyone knows, people's lifestyle has changed a lot if we compared this to the past; moreover, people tend to spend their most of the time outside their house in modern-day, and this could lead to various effects either on individuals and on people around them. Therefore, in this essay, I would like to compare both points of views on negative and positive sides.

Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time and have health problems as a result. Why do so many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

It is clear that our body needs exercising and muscles well-trained can contribute to a good old age and yet very few people manage to find enough time to exercise. This essay will discuss the reasons for this type of behaviour and suggest some solutions to improve the situation.
