Many resorts to this option, when faced with various difficulties, as a source of distraction. Others may get attracted or forced to use it, due to peer pressure. However, there are ways to overcome this problem, by following certain rules and regulations. I shall discuss the feasible solutions in the following paragraphs.
Living in big city have some merits; however city dwellers could also encounter some problems. These issues are attributed to some reasons; and in my opinion, people should be encouraged to live in smaller towns to tackle these problems.

Many cities today are expanding upwards to accommodate surging urban populations. From my perspective, this can help preserve nearby land for other uses and is a better solution than encouraging urban sprawl.
