One of the most conspicuous trends in today's world is the colossal upsurge in the number of people who believe that nation during work do not consider exercise as a required and later on they got a lot of health issues. Here in this essay, I will discuss why people ignore strength concerns and do not give sufficient time to health and I will discuss some possible solutions as well.

They tend to neglect school, behave rudely, and even forget their need as a human such as eating, drinking, or showering. Because of this problem, many children are sent to a rehabilitation centre and our government restrict some computer games. In my view, young people see computer games as something new that attracts them, in addition, it is also packaged with attractive graphics and advertisements from computer games developers.
