It is true that many countries are experiencing a considerable increase in life expectancy due to the development in all areas of the world. Although there will be undoubtedly some negative effects of this trend, these potential problems can be mitigated if several practical solutions are implemented.

In the contemporary world, some residential areas in metropolises are created by high-rise towers, while others are made of houses consuming much space. The major problem associated with this situation is that it will create two different worlds, one for the affluent and other for the poverty-stricken people. The solution can be as simple as making definitive laws to save the less privileged by the government.
