In many countries, people are now living longer than ever before. Some people say an ageing population creates problems for governments. Other people think there are benefits if society has more elderly people. To what extent do the advantages of having an ageing population outweigh the disadvantages?

In this era, many individuals tend to live longer in some parts of the world, which makes the elderly continuously increase in these countries. Some people believe this situation will be beneficial because these experienced people can teach their skills to the modern generation of children. Conversely, these senior citizens will cause many troubles, like in China, where many employees have to work harder to support their old parents. I personally hold the belief that the disadvantages of having an aging population outweigh the advantages.

Car drivers and cyclists share the same roads, and this can cause problems for both of them. Why is this the case? What measures can be taken to solve these problems?

Riding cyclists with car drivers on the streets and highways can be problematic for both of them due to the faster speed of cars and it can result in accidents. To solve this problem, the government should extend special roads for bikes around the city to ride there safely and give individuals a more calming driving experience.

This essay aims to investigate the factors that can lead to this problem and propose some possible solutions to deal with it.

These days, it is a general perception in the public, that regardless of the technological achievements in the agriculture sector, we can't address the global hunger issue. The notable reason which led to this dilemma is the ownership of vast agricultural lands and resources by food companies. Although these companies in return help poor and destitute people to fight hunger, this effort is like peanuts to address this global crisis. This essay will dive into the causes of food shortage and efforts in this regard.

In many cities the use of video camera in publich places is being increased in order to reduce crime but some people believe that these measures restrict our individual freedom, do the benefits of increased security outweigh the drawbacks.

Driven by implementations of high technologies worldwide, the installation of surveillance cameras has proliferated in many cities, thus triggering concerns about whether it would place restrictions on our freedoms. From my perspective, we are able to see more benefits than drawbacks from the trend, believing that the infringement of individual freedom can be addressed in a proper manner.

Nowadays, crimes are not punished correctly. The are hundreds of prisoners in this society who are not able to change their minds, it does not matter if they have caused pain to victim’s families. The world; every day and every decade is changing with the passing of time and there are several countries with strong rules and other countries with rules truly soft.

The problem of losing interest in physical activities by students is caused by a lack of high-quality games facilities and can result in obesity and further health problems. In this era of modernisation, there is a tense atmosphere at various corporations and offices that is increasing rapidly. Due to this, both individuals and corporations face serval issues like the lack of concentration at work and losing customers. In this essay, various sources that bring stressful environments at the workplace along with the issues will be discussed.

In the modern era, while many people recently changed their payment methods to using a credit card, some argue that it causes the issue of unaffordable payments for their debts. From my perspective, instead of some problems with the accumulation of debt, I believe that the advantages of credit cards significantly outweigh their disadvantages.

In line with the shift in time, despite the advances made in agriculture, there still are growing concerns about hunger which appears all around the world. While there are numerous reasons that result in this problem, I believe that governments should take a number of actions to solve this phenomenon.
