Although it is considered by some people that the best way to securing a good job is being a university graduate, there are others who think that starting work after school is a better option. From my perspective, deciding to work is beneficial in the field of business, whereas completing university coursework is the most useful in an academic career.
It is another debates today whether a seat of learning ,such as university or academy, should serve as a logical path for recent high school graduates. It is mostly agreed, that continuing education possess a series of advantages such as practice-oriented learning and possible tight knots with the industry professionals. Furthermore, the absence of a standart skillset for career-starters and lack of network play as major drawbacks of formal education skipping. The essay will outline both viewpoints and the final opinion will be presented in conclusion.

To insllutrate, when people apply asistants, the company owners would require them having academic knowleges that university or college could supply. Secondly, people could get better jobs and higher salaries after gruading college. For example, individuals are facing competitive job market, having diploma is more beneficial then others. Finally, a well-educated person could become a useful member of society and might contribute a competitive and prosperity nation. For the reasons mentioned above, it semes to me that students are more likely to be successful in their lives if they continue their studies beyound school level.
People have different views about which way is better for students: pursuing a higher degree or finding a job right after graduation. While I accept that works can be beneficial in some situations, I would argue that in general, an advanced degree is more valuable.

Moreover, they will involve in cooperating with others in working places , which is a necessary skill for adult’s lives.
It is often argued by some that pupils with the highest grades should be honored, while others feel that those who improve the most ought to be prized. In my opinion, I believe that the reward should be given to those who have shown the improvement as this motivates them to develop more in academics.
