It is certainly true that when searching for an occupation, people usually take into account salary that they earn from job. Some consider that income is the top priority. In my point of view, I believe that money as a demeaning as an important factor, but other aspects also are considerable. It is clearly undeniable that money or “living wage” have an important impact on people’s live. The reason for that is all of us also need money to cover the running costs of our lives on a regular basis. In particular, every single month we spend an amount of payment for daily food, housing, commuting, or some entertainments. Therefore, we cannot image the absence of it, people need to pay for their private needs or take care their family. That may be the reason why some people emphasize money when seeking a job. In addition, I personally think that we still have necessary perspectives beside the importance of money. After graduating tertiary education, people continue to pursue their dream with formal qualifications in order to seek a suitable occupation. Money is no doubt one of essential expectation of workers who will be eligible to receive, but it is obvious that we still have other aspects such as job satisfaction and career prospects. We all hope to achieve work-life balance more than a job that controls us and provides us with heavy workload although we earn high income in this job. Moreover, No one wants to be seen as a burden or being burden of someone else, especially under intensive pressure when working and thus people should promote their job satisfaction. In conclusion, I strongly believe that people should consider other priorities beside the income from work in order to balance the scale of their life.
Opting for work is, in my opinion, one of the most crucial decisions an individual has to make for his career. This depends on various influential factors ranging from compensation to personal growth. However, in most of the cases, people consider money to be the most important component, which should not be the case in my personal opinion.
After completion education choosing profession is one of the crucial parts in a person’s life. It is realistically true that, money can't buy you a time, peaceful, pleasant, and loving life, but time can bring you all of the things. Time is the most precious and prime thing to be considered in all and every aspect of an individual's life. Nowadays, people are mostly under some illusion that according to the job-wise, which is a happier life; a comfortable life free from all of the stress and worries, or a life having a fame, luxurious car, money, huge house and a prosperous career.
Salary is indeed the most concern nowadays for job seekers. While I accept that personal financial goal is an important consideration when choosing a career, I would argue that there are other equally important factors.
Nowadays, one the paramount compensation of the working time is amount of income. In my opinion, the job seeker should not consider it as the most beneficial part of the employment, for this reason it has a reflection on the promotion process, as well as affects on striving for professional development.
Nowadays, employers offer a larger list of benefits than ever before. However, for most people salary is the most important factor, when considering an offer. It is disagreed, that this should play the main role when making a career decision. Instead, work environment and growth opportunities must come first.
Many people choose their jobs based on the size of the salary offered. Personally, I disagree with the idea that money is the key consideration when deciding on a career, because I believe that other factors are equally important.

Many people argue that wages are major factor in order to decide to pursue career. Personally, I completely disagree with this view. There are two main reasons why salary do not play a central role in choosing a work. One reason is that, working enviroment plays an essencial role with a target of making a decision follow job. Because it is incredible modern with sufficient facilities, keeping their staffs. However, it is extremely competive and under a lot of presure. They must cope with numerous challenges job, making affect for their health and physical. Therefore, they do not suffer from working and abolishing . Futhermore, many people apply for a job because of their passion. They want to communicate with a large variety of collegues with an aim of enhancing skills, spanding social relationships and improving their life experiences. Because family possess a tremendous amount of money that they do not need to make a living.

It is true that salary plays an integral part in selecting career/choosing a job.
Many people choose their jobs based on the size of the salary offered. Personally, I disagree with the idea that money is the key consideration when deciding on a career, because I believe that other factors are equally important. On the one hand, I agree that money is necessary in order for people to meet their basic needs. For example, we all need money to pay for housing, food, bills, health care, and education. Most people consider it a priority to at least earn a salary that allows them to cover these needs and have a reasonable quality of life. If people chose their jobs based on enjoyment or other non-financial factors, they might find it difficult to support themselves. Artists and musicians, for instance, are known for choosing a career path that they love, but that does not always provide them with enough money to live comfortably and raise a family. Nevertheless, I believe that other considerations are just as important as what we earn in our jobs. Firstly, personal relationships and the atmosphere in a workplace are extremely important when choosing a job. Having a good manager or friendly colleagues, for example, can make a huge difference to workers’ levels of happiness and general quality of life. Secondly, many people’s feelings of job satisfaction come from their professional achievements, the skills they learn, and the position they reach, rather than the money they earn. Finally, some people choose a career because they want to help others and contribute something positive to society. In conclusion, while salaries certainly affect people’s choice of profession, I do not believe that money outweighs all other motivators.
It is true that salary plays an integral part in selecting career/choosing a job. While I accept that this may suite to many people, I believe that there are many ones choosing jobs according to other considerations.
Many people choose their jobs based on the size of the salary offered. While I agree that money is a critical factor when deciding on a career, I believe that other factors are equally important.
When selecting a job, many people prioritise the lucrative one over the pleasant workplace environment or personal enjoyment. From my perspective, I prefer immersing myself in my dream career to living with the one with handsome salary.
