Many people want to have a modern house near the city center. However I want to have a small peaceful house near the city in Binh Chanh district. When you enter the house you will see big gate, surrounded by many tres. The house will have three bedroom, a living room and a kitchen. The outside will be painted light blue. My bedroom will have a window facing the garden I can catch the sun. The reason I want to live is because it is peaceful, the air is clean, no pollution. More importantly, I can watch the beautiful sunset with my family. In conclusion, this will be the ideal place to come back after a tired day of work, take care of the plant and cook with parents in this house

My name is Nguyen Duc Canh, I'm working as a technical leader. After a year working in your company, I have some issues that need to discuss with you. People are spending big chunks of money for celebrating certain occasions for various reasons. Initially, some individuals wish to have agreat deal of joy. Therefore, whenever any celebration comes, they purchase each item, hire the expansive singers and reserve the renowned restaurants for celebration. For example, in India the marriges have been organised for approximately five days to enjoy every moment deeply. Additionally, if people are highly rich and are earning thousands per day, they spend huge money on gifts. This is because of the fact that they intend to show their living sandards to others. To exemplify it, on March 5th 2023, the son of Ambani got married, when he rendered a necklace to his wife for $ 1 million.
There are two main causes. As societies grew in technology, the need for physically demanding labor has declined. And, as a result, more people chose stationary and less active jobs like desk jobs. These jobs don’t require much energy so people don't burn as much calories as they used to, but still eat as much. Leading to excessive calories stored as fat in the body. Resulting in more overweight people. The second complementary factor is fast food. People used to spend great amount of time making food on a daily basis. However, as technology grows, modern production lines can process food at a remarkably fast rate. Thus, fast food can usually be served in less than an hour compared to traditional food. And people spend the freed time eating more fast food that is high in fat and calory. As a result, the overweight population increases.

Few people are blessed by birth and born with amazing talent. Many children are god gifted with exceptional talent which helps them to make their career extraordinary. There are several causative factors which depict that government should more incline towards the art in terms of funding. Initially, art has been continuously depleting entertainment source. This is because the fact that artists are not generating more handcrafted art work due to insufficient earnings. For instance, in India, the number of ceramists have been decreased as the buyers are not rendering them their desired amount of money. Additionally, art is highly advantageous for boosting the economic status of a nation. Therefore, ministers should extend their helping hands by providing raw materials and by establishing museums to exhibit the arts. To exemplify it, in Canada, on weekends, the majority of citizens visit the governemnt run museum to see new forms of art by paying the entry tickets.

In the present world, government spending on the arts is constantly on the rise. However, the public considers that arts expenditure is a waste of money, which should be reallocated to public services. It is agreed that investing in public infrastructure is more significant for the public as a whole. There are certain specific responsibilities of society to reduce traffic jams. Initially, citizens should obey the rules of transportation.
