children's weight and its related health concerns have been an important issue for parents in recent years . Many studies have shown that nowadays children overall are fatter than in the past . In this essay, I will bring two probable reasons for this changing pattern and also I will recommend compelling solutions for them.

I am not fully agreed to the sentence that physical strength is important for success to athletic. Yes, most of sport game competitions is exhibited for people to competitive their strenght to others' body. But we also exhibited games for those who not fully options in the body are called today paralympic games. I think this games need much more inside energy to fight with thier body and also need the motivation to overcome their fear. In this case not just any one can over come the bad imagination inside our head. This not just only incapable physical only but normal athletic need this mental strenght to fight with problems in their mind such as overcome thier behavior.
