It is undienbly true that there has been a tremendous development in the technology nowadays. Some people think that this evolution has led to a fall in the rate of crime,while I disagree with this notion because there is no significant decrease in the criminal activities,in fact they have risen enormously.

These days, some children in primary schools are taught other languages. In my opinion, the advantages of this phenomenon outweigh its disadvantages.

My essay will discuss both of these viewpoints, followed by my own idea.

It has been claimed that while palnning for a new residential area the main concern has to be establishing green public areas and leisure facilities rather than constructing new shopping center.s To me , I totally agree with the conception that shopping malls are far less important to be built up than parks and recreational centers.

Nowdays, multinational corporations become more and more powerful and able to influence on global markets and even politics. It could be both positive and negative for an economic and a social development. For my point of view, disadvantages outweigh the advantages by now.
