Some people are concerned that children spend too much time on computer - playing games, chatting and watching videos. But all this time is actually good preparation for children, who will have to spend many hours on computers throughout their education and their working lives. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give reasons for your answer and include relevant examples from your own knowledge and experience.

The world is online. Everyone is using computers for business and pleasure. There is growing concern about the effects this has on children. They spend many hours on the computer playing games, chatting and watching videos. Valuable childhood hours are spent sitting indoors opposite a computer screen instead of playing outdoors and running free.

It is argued that governments should levy a tariff on junk food because the number of health risks associated with consuming this kind of food is on the rise. This essay agrees that a higher rate of tax should be paid by fast-food companies. Firstly, alcohol and tobacco companies already pay higher taxes and secondly, higher taxes could raise prices and lower consumption.

Higher excise on liqueur and cigarettes has proven to be successful at curbing the harm caused by these substances. This revenue has been used to treat health problems associated with these products and has proven useful in advertising campaigns warning people about the dangers of alcohol and tobacco abuse. Tax from fast food could be used in the same way. The United Kingdom is a prime example, where money from smokers is used to treat lung cancer and heart disease.

This change has been driven by booming brekthroughs in the economic and cultural condition of a country. Museums and art galleries have changed their rules and regulations as well. Some museums and art gallaries charge entry fees while others can be visited at free of cost. This essay will focus on the diffrent perspectives regarding the charging of entry fees by museums and art gallaries and why I believe that there should be a blanced approach in this regard.

To my mind, the question about pointless making children who lack talent learn painting and drawing in Art classes at school is complicated. I tend to think that children and teenagers in most parts know nothing about what they want or what they like. My personal belief is that making children do something is wrong because maybe even such a way "making" disappoint them.

Governments should spend more money on railways rather than roads. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays issues about roads are becoming increasingly popular. It is thought by some smart people that government should invest more money into railways than roads. I partly disagree with this and in my point of view it would be better if authority made a contribution to both of them equally. There are certainly sample reasons to spend taxpayers' money on railways. Firstly, it is clear this type of transportation is safe and fast. In other words, by using it people can save time and they do not have to be worried about their safety. Secondly, trains do not emit poisonous gases which pollute air, while cars and buses do it anytime. Finally, trains do not get stuck in traffic, which means that people can reach their destinations in time. Better still, in most countries around the world, train fares are considerably lower than bus fares or taxi fares. On the flip side, we cannot forget about roads.
