In modern society, most people in the world lack regular exercise to stay fit. As a consequence, it is not surprising that some experts regard going to the fitness centre regularly as the best way to maintain a healthy life. However, others consider that light exercise such as jogging, along with a balanced diet is the only way to stay healthy. Personally I support the former view.  Firstly, regularly exercise, at the gym, helps to prevent diseases and enhances body shape.  Fitness workouts make an individual look healthier, fitter and allow them to form the  muscular shape.  The fitness centre can also focus on an individual’s exercise routinely. In a gym, a person can  practising on equipment that focuses workout on particular parts of the body.
