Health is wealth. Everyone in this world should have a healthy body to lead a happy life. Doing excercise for a good healthy is not a new thing, for centuries humans are doing physical activities which made humans to gain more strength. In fact, these physical activities are one of the reasons behind the human evolution. Now a day, we are cooking different cuisines with different ingredients, few of them are not healthy to eat regularly.
